Boise, Idaho based nonprofits Global Service Partnerships and Coalesce Discovery partner to create a program that takes a group of five widows on a service trip to Belize. The nonprofits both wanted to show the healing benefits of the program in action. The Horizons Belize Retreat video shows the transformation these widows undergo as they learn how to cope with loss in their life together. The bond of human connection is not only shown in this narrative-based promotional video, but more importantly, it is felt.

  • “Working with Seth Dahl has been an amazing experience. He is professional in every aspect of project development, timeframe and delivery. The final video product was exactly what we hoped to express in our vision. His raw, authentic and inspiring work captures the human spirit through the lens of a camera. I am so pleased with our product!”

    Marni Henderson | Coalesce Discovery

  • “Seth Dahl of Big Cedar Media made the Global Service Partnerships programs in Belize come to LIFE! He captured the process of the experience, impact on the human heart, and beauty of the country all so well via a promotional video. Even better, his student and parent testimonials have already proven to be beneficial to interested individuals. Seth, the talent and creator behind it all, could not be a more respectful, patient, and kind guy to work with. We are most definitely looking forward to the next project!”

ADAPTIVE SPORTS CENTER
& The Ability Experience

BLIND VETERANS MOUNTAIN CLIMB IN

COLORADO WITH THE ADAPTIVE SPORTS CENTER

Aaron Hale, Steve Baskis, and Lonnie Bedwell are blind athletes pushing the boundaries of what is possible. The other veterans on the trip are volunteer guides, working as eyes for their blind brothers. The Adaptive Sports Center of Crested Butte Colorado and The Ability Experience partnered to make this "Summit Vision" trip a reality. Though they didn't reach the summits of the two 14,000 foot peaks attempted that day, their focus was on simply moving, as well as bonding with other members on the trip. Their high point that day of 13,514 feet was a success and as Steve Baskis says, "Living is moving!"

MOTIVATIONAL REELS

"Big Cedar Media is not only incredibly talented in their ability to capture and share a story, their ability to get any shot in an adventure sports setting is unlike many video production companies in the market today. Seth Dahl is a talented athlete and artist and should be considered for any outdoor recreation film project from start to finish!"
